Citizens Advice Denbighshire wants your views on its service

Citizens Advice Denbighshire would like to hear about the experiences and ideas of the people of Llangollen to help them improve access to advice and support services across the county. 

They say they will use your responses to shape new projects and initiatives that will help make sure they’re meeting the needs of our community. 

The questions have a mix of open-ended and tick-box answers and should take around five minutes to complete. 

Your responses are anonymous and will only be used to develop new projects and initiatives, they assure.

The consultation closes on May 31.
