With temperatures soaring to a predicted new high today (Thursday) Llangollen Town Council has opened up the front door and foyer of the Town Hall to provide a cool space where people can get out of the sun for a while.
The council's Facebook page says: "There are chairs in the foyer for you to sit down to take a rest while out and about in Llangollen today."
