Melodic Mondays, a group of ladies which meets each Monday evening at the Prince of Wales pub in Regent Street, was one of the local acts chosen to feature in Llanfest - a showcase for the town's entertainers - on the Wrexham Mager stage on Sunday afternoon.
The girls did two spots of about half a dozen numbers each and drew warm applause from the crowds in the ampitheatre just before the afternoon's deluge set in.

Thanks for the lovely words! We had a great time, roll on next year. We actually started in October 2010 with only six members, but we've grown! And any lady who wants to come and sing with us is very welcome ...... just ring the number in the Diary, as there are the odd Mondays when we have to re-schedule.
