* Traffic queueing on the A5 this afternoon.
llanblogger has received reports this afternoon about traffic congestion on the A5 heading out of town towards Wrexham.
It is understood this has been caused by temporary lights just before the Tyn Y Wern in connection with resurfacing work on the carriageway.
Around 1.15pm a queue of traffic could be seen stretching back from the lights to the fire station car park.
One llanblogger reader warned: "It's chaos on the A5 going towards Wrexham. There are roadworks with lights which do not seem to be working properly.
"I went through on green and met the traffic coming in the opposite direction."
