The BBC news website is reporting today (Sunday) that First Minister Carwyn Jones says
health services in Wales will "collapse" unless hospitals are reorganised.
He said he did not expect Labour to pay a price at the ballot box for
unpopular decisions that could mean some people have to travel further for
treatment.
